Registration of Establishments for Employing Building and Other Construction Workers
The Building and Other Construction Workers (RE & CS) Act, 1996 applies to any establishment that employs or has employed 10 or more building workers in any construction work within the last 12 months. Establishments that fall under the Act must register with the Labour Department. The registration process is as follows:

- Smart Card or Ration Card
- Bank passbook
- All family members aadhaar Card
