Applicant submit the application addressed forms seeking approval of building plan with necessary enclosure ( E ) -5 sets plans and Form 49 (if Local body lies in SLPA / CLPA / NTDA Area) to addressed to MS CLPA/NTDA if site lies plan area or to RD.D if site lies in single LPA or non Plan Area.
