Starting with the 98-point reform action plan released in 2014, several reforms aimed at improving the business-friendly environment have been introduced. The Union Government’s Department of Industry and Domestic Business Development has issued a series of State Reform Action Plans covering reforms in various sectors and fronts. Its objective is to ensure transparency and enhance the regulatory environment and efficiency of services provided to businesses. The Action Plan 2020 contains 301 reform measures in 15 areas

- Articles of association: If you're a company, you may need to provide articles of association
- Resolution authorizing a director or signatory: If you're a company, you may need to provide a resolution authorizing a director or signatory to sign documents on your behalf
- You can also be asked to provide other documents, such as a bank account statement and a trade license.
