No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Retail Outlets Establishment,
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a legal document that states that the owner of a property has no objection to a business using their property. For example, a business may need an NOC from the owner of a rented or leased building to operate on their property. An NOC can also be used for company registration, employment, and GST registration.
For a retail outlet, an NOC may be required for road safety. For example, a petrol pump may need an NOC to ensure that there is no LPG gas godown near the proposed site.
