PWD_Contractors Registration
To register as a Public Works Department (PWD) contractor, you may need to provide documents such as:
- Identification: KYC documents like PAN, Aadhar, and photos
- Taxation: GST registration certificate, income tax returns, balance sheet, and profit and loss account for the last three years
- Work history: Two work completion certificates from the last three years, and a list of completed and ongoing works
- Other documents: Affidavit from close relatives of the owner, power of attorney or board resolution, and a list of relatives working in PWD
Required documents
- ID proof: PAN card, Aadhar, or passport-size photos
- Address proof: Proof of address or firm address verification by a police station, post, or Sarpanch
- Financial documents: ITR for the last three years, CA certificate on turnover, and balance sheet
- Solvency certificate: From a nationalized or scheduled bank
- Other documents: GST certificate, undertaking of non-blacklisting, proof of immovable properties, registration certificate of Labour Department, canceled cheque, degree certificate if you're a civil engineer, and company documentation if you're in a partnership or a private limited or limited liability partnership
